ABOUT

Baltimore

We're proud to call Baltimore our home.

We're located in East Baltimore at 615 N. Wolfe Street in Baltimore, Maryland, on the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus, which also includes the the School of Nursing, the School of Medicine, and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Our location fosters many collaborations across the University and the community.

A short venture from our campus can take you to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, the stadiums for the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens, and many neighborhoods, shops, restaurants, and parks.

For top-notch entertainment, you can see a show at the Hippodrome. Or a movie at the historic Charles Theater. If the visual arts interest you, the Baltimore Museum of Art offers many special exhibits.

Environmentalists will gravitate toward the National Aquarium. Or perhaps take a stroll through Druid Hill Park where many local families spend their weekends.

Looking for some fresh produce, food truck specialties, or local Baltimore goods? Check out the Baltimore Farmer’s Market and Bazaar which is open every Sunday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. for nine months of the year.

Street festivals are a common occurrence in Baltimore throughout the spring, summer, and fall, including Hampden’s Hon FestArtscape in Mt. Vernon, WTMD First Thursdays in Canton, and Fell’s Point Fun Festival

Be sure to explore Baltimore—"Charm City"—and take advantage of all it has to offer.

A short car ride south brings you to the nation's capital, Washington DC, which boasts many interesting sites—not to mention being the hub of national policy making.
