The Baltimore Community Practicum course is a field experience in Public Health Practice and Training. It is a non-paid, for-credit, field experience that allow you to apply your public health skills "at the elbow" of experienced public health practitioners. You must apply and be accepted prior to registering for the appropriate academic credits. Placements are part-time placements for 1 to 2 half-days per week with lcal public health agencies or community-based organizations. Students must apply for the course during the JHSPH 1st term. The course runs throughout both 2nd and 3rd terms.
