The Maryland Community Services Locator (MDCSL) was developed by the Center for Substance Abuse Research (CESAR) at the University of Maryland, College Park on behalf of the Maryland Governor’s Office of Crime Control & Prevention. Law enforcement officials, service providers, community members and others are invited to use this tool to find local Maryland programs and resources. Visit http://www.mdcsl.org to access the services locator.
CESAR at the University of Maryland, College Park invites law enforcement officials, service providers, community members and others to use the MDCSL to find Maryland resources. A statewide expansion of the MDCSL is underway. Program service listings are statewide unless otherwise specified on their website. Program listings are verified for accuracy on an ongoing basis. Verified program listings note the month and year when last updated. It is recommended that users contact agencies by phone before visiting their location due to frequent changes in program locations and availability.
