Public Health Practice & Training

Welcome to Our New Website

Our goal is to promote excellence in public health practice at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and beyond. By sharing Twitter updates and blog posts on all things practice—from major events to global programs—we strive to keep you informed.

As the new Associate Dean, my mission is to help students, faculty and others make an impact through practice. I bring my experience serving as the Baltimore City Health Commissioner, Principal Deputy Commissioner at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and Secretary of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Please send your ideas, comments and questions to publichealthpractice@jhu.edu
