Summary

The objective of this collaboration with the University of Mataram is to assess the implementation of SLLO training and translation in strengthening leadership capabilities at the district and sub-district levels to improve reproductive health conditions in the community. The project will 1) identify and measure the changes in the stakeholders’ leadership abilities in the intervention as compared to the control sub-districts; and 2) relate the changes in stakeholders’ leadership capacities and capabilities to improvements in RH services.
