Summary

The objective of this collaboration with the University of Indonesia is to strengthen district-level leadership with an organizational structure for dialogue, decision-making, program implementation and monitoring to engage all parties in facilitating improvement in RH. The most important issue is whether SLLO training and translation result in the initiation of fundamental changes in public health and related institutions at the district level leading to the reformulation of policies and programs to improve RH.
