I graduated in December 2020. How will I receive my diploma?
Your diploma will be mailed to you directly from the vendor once it is available. Please take a moment and log into your SIS self-service account (https://sis.jhu.edu/ ) to review your current diploma address. Your address information can be found on the “Summary” screen under the “Personal Info” tab. If you need to change or provide your diploma address, please do so by clicking the “edit” link and making the necessary updates as soon as possible. Please be aware the ongoing situation with COVID-19 and the USPS is resulting in shipping delays.
I graduated in August 2020/ December 2020. Are graduation ceremonies held during these months?
No. The School and University-wide graduation ceremonies are held once a year in May. August 2020 and December 2020 graduates are welcome to participate in the May 2021 ceremonies, provided that large events are permissible under CDC guidelines.
I plan on graduating in May 2021. When will the graduation application be available?
The graduation application for May is currently available. Log into your SIS self-service account (https://sis.jhu.edu/). The Graduation Application can be found on the “Program of Study” screen under the “Registration” tab. The deadline to apply is Saturday, February 27, 2021.
When will I receive information about the May 2021 graduation ceremonies?
Plans for ceremonies and celebrations are unknown at this point. This page will be updated with information as we receive it.
When and where will the May 2021 Convocation ceremony be held?
The 2021 Convocation ceremony will take place on Tues., May 25. The time and location are TBD.
