2018 symposium

The Moore Center's annual symposium will take place Thursday, April 19, 2018, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, Maryland.

This year our focus is on how policymakers, researchers and professionals who are working within youth-serving organizations are addressing prevention.

Our panel this year will feature participants from the Netflix series, The Keepers. Our special guests will share their experiences uncovering and dealing with child sexual abuse at their Catholic high school, Archbishop Keough in Baltimore.

New this year! We are in the process of applying for CEUs for social workers and counselors. We will update our website as more information on CEUs becomes available.

This event is free and open to the public. Registration will open soon. Check our website for updates.
