  • Provides an initial on-site presentation, planning meeting, or training activity for new NNPS district members at no cost.
  • Provides customized technical assistance and on-going, on-call consultations with an NNPS facilitator dedicated to the MCI districts, schools, and bases.
  • Prepares district leaders for partnerships to develop district-level and school-based programs.
  • Works with district leaders for partnerships to conduct One-Day Professional Development Workshop for schools’ Action Teams for Partnerships.
  • Guides districts and schools to involve families and community partners to improve student achievement, attendance, behavior, homework completion, and attitudes about school.
  • Links to other MCI projects, including an online course with a component on family and community involvement and resources to identify effective programs for social and emotional support for children from military families.
