EPC Projects

EPC projects and questions are nominated to AHRQ from a variety of sources. Please refer to AHRQ EPC website for further information concerning nominations of topics. Typically, EPC projects involve a systematic review of the literature addressing the questions, some synthesis of this evidence (e.g., evidence tables, meta-analyses, decision analyses, etc.), and presentation in the form of an evidence report electronically posted on the website of the Effective Health Care Program of AHRQ.

Impact of EPC projects includes publications and use in development of guidelines and other implementation activities.
