Our Center is committed to providing networking opportunities, mentorship, and training to students, fellows, and junior faculty interested in women's health and sex and gender differences.

Gender and Health Certificate Program

The Certificate Program in Gender and Health provides advanced training for graduate students at Johns Hopkins University and the Bloomberg School of Public Health. The program covers gender and health with particular focus on gender theories, gender analysis, gender-based violence research methods, gender and sexuality, gender and women’s health, gender and men’s health, and intersectionality. 

Training for Johns Hopkins junior faculty through JH-BIRCWH

The Johns Hopkins Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health (JH-BIRCWH) was established to develop highly qualified, independent investigators to conduct women’s health and sex and gender differences research.
