Objective:

Specific Aims

  1. To examine associations of rurality with provider supply and quality and minority health service access and utilization

  2. To examine associations of area income segregation with provider supply and quality and minority health service access and utilization

  3. To examine the association of segregated language and LEP neighborhoods with the availability of linguistically competent providers and minority health care utilization

  4. To examine how the intersections of area-level characteristics and person-level characteristics are associated with health care access and utilization by Blacks
