Black Men's Health Survey

Objective:

The overall goal is to advance knowledge of the health trajectory of Black men by assessing the health status, health behavior, and health-seeking behaviors across the life course.

Specific Aims:

  1. To examine psychosocial and behavioral factors associated with depressive symptoms among Black men 

  2. To assess the relationship between psychosocial and behavioral factors on cardiovascular risk among Black men

  3. To determine the psychosocial and behavioral correlates of physical functioning in Black men
