Conferences and Workshops

The JHAD-RCMAR sponsors or co-sponsors several conferences and workshops throughout the year focusing on topics related to Alzheimer’s disease, minority aging, and health disparities.

RCMAR scientists and program faculty from the JHAD-RCMAR also participate in many other conferences and workshops as speakers and organizers.  These conferences and workshops provide RCMAR scientists and others who are studying these topics the opportunity to learn about the latest scientific developments and practices in this rapidly expanding field and disseminate their work on Alzheimer’s disease and minority older adults to the broader scientific and lay community.
