Corporations and Public Health

The Center studies legal and policy issues that arise relative to the interactions between corporations and public health. Center faculty analyze legislation, regulations, and judicial opinions that impact corporations’ practices and the public’s health. The Center studies additional legal issues, such as the regulation of corporations in regard to food labeling and motor vehicle injuries, as well as corporations’ efforts to engage in self-regulation.
