Nonprofit 360—An Engage Baltimore Project
The Office of External Affairs is committed to bringing its collective skills and expertise to engage, promote and deepen the Bloomberg School’s relationships with constituents we work with and serve, including the Baltimore community where we have been based since the School’s founding in 1916.
OEA, in collaboration with SOURCE, provides capacity-building assistance to the professional staff of a small annual cohort of Baltimore City organizations through a 1-day intensive training and yearlong mentoring program in the areas of fundraising, marketing and communications, and board development.
To qualify, organizations must primarily serve Baltimore City residents and have a minimum of two full-time equivalent staff persons dedicated to fundraising and marketing/communications. Only SOURCE partnering community-based organizations are eligible to participate in the program. Applications open in early fall of each year.
