The staff of the Bloomberg School’s Career Services Office works with individuals every day to help them navigate the world of public health jobs.

Manages the offices of Career Services, Disability Support, and Student Life. Provides individual and group coaching; develops, implements and evaluates career development programs; markets and promotes the School and its students to employers; serves as the School’s coordinator for disability support services; provides academic and personal support services to students at risk, and assists in ensuring the academic and emotional well-being of students.

Provides comprehensive career coaching to students and alumni; assists students and alumni in locating full-time, part-time and summer jobs; designs and delivers career-related industry seminars and skill development workshops; develops career exploration and job search resources for students and alumni; serves as liaison with departmental coordinators, administrators, and the JHSPH alumni office; coordinates the Public Health Career Fair; manages the business card service, and manages Handshake.

Builds new and strengthens existing relationships with employers, oversees employer information sessions as well as the Public Health Career Fair, provides one-on-one career coaching to individuals within the biomedical research field.

Manages special career-related projects, coordinates the logistics for career workshops and seminars, schedules appointments for director and assistant directors, assists with Handshake, enters jobs and internships in Handshake, assists with the Public Health Career Fair, interacts with employers and outside agencies in planning and arranging recruitment visits to the school, and coordinates business card service.
