Dr. Holroyd focuses on vaccine confidence, developing and implementing strategies for vaccine acceptance, and scaling up vaccine access. She works primarily on evaluating and improving vaccine acceptance and uptake in low- and middle-income countries to support targeted immunization strategies. Her projects at IVAC include Sustaining Access to Vaccination in India, HPV-Tanzania, and Targeted Assessment Study Coordination of Gavi-funded studies of pneumococcal and rotavirus vaccines in low-resource settings. In addition to vaccine policy and programming, Dr. Holroyd is also interested in maternal immunization and reproductive health.
