Gatien De Broucker, MA, MHS

Health Economist

Gatien is the field health economist at IVAC. He analyzes the economic burden of vaccine-preventable diseases through costing and willingness-to-pay to assess priority areas for policy-making at the local and international levels. He also worked for a few years on health literacy, universal health coverage, open access publishing, and waiting times for health care in Canada, Europe, and Japan.

Gatien received his undergraduate degrees in Health Sciences and Public Administration from the University of Ottawa, an MA in Public Administration from University of Ottawa, and an MHS in Health Economics from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
