IVAC and VALUE Baltimore Project Launch COVID-19 Information Compendium

The VALUE (Vaccine Acceptance & Access Live in Unity, Engagement, and Education) Baltimore Project, which aims to improve COVID-19 vaccine acceptance in Baltimore City, has created a new resource for anyone seeking up-to-date information about COVID-19. This free resource has six topic areas:

The Compendium of Information on COVID-19 Vaccination and Communications is a living document that is continuously updated with any new COVID-19 information and policy. Information was sourced from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and assessed by Dr. Kendra McDow, Baltimore City’s Chief Medical Officer. Faculty at the International Vaccine Access Center compiled and reviewed the document.

VALUE Baltimore is a public-private partnership of the Baltimore City Health Department, Johns Hopkins International Vaccine Access Center, Morgan State University, Maryland Institute College of Art’s Center for Social Design, and Jhpiego, among others, working with respected members of Baltimore’s VALUE communities to build trust in the health system, educate the community, and promote unity to combat COVID-19 and other health issues.
