21CC Initative21st Centuries Cities Initiative supports and strengthens Baltimore and other cities

Through 21CC, the Bloomberg School works with a number of community-building initiatives, such as inclusive neighborhood revitalization strategies, to address issues involving the social determinants of health. Working with over 200 Johns Hopkins faculty members who work in urban economic and health fields, 21CC coordinates research efforts across the University to develop and implement research, convening, and policy activities.
