Evaluating the Impact of Mass Media Efforts on Multiple Concurrent Partnerships in Mozambique

Summary

The aim of this study is to estimate the reach and impact of a national mass media campaign to reduce concurrent sexual partnerships using two cross-sectional, representative household surveys across four provinces in Mozambique.

This project is funded by Research to Prevention (R2P), a 5-year HIV prevention program funded by USAID. R2P (www.jhsph.edu/r2p) is led by the Johns Hopkins Center for Global Health and implemented by faculty throughout the University. It is managed by the Center for Communication Programs (CCP) in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
