Overview
Dr. Shin-Yi Tsai holds the position of Director in Taiwan Society of Blood Transfusion and a consultant committee member in the Ministry of Health and Welfare, etc.

She teaches courses, including “Transfusion medicine”, “Patient blood management”; “Laboratory Diagnosis (Practice)”, “Data analysis”, “Artificial Intelligence’’ etc. She provides the clinical service, signs reports, and manages the divisions of Blood Bank, Laboratory Management, Hematology, and interprets genetic and laboratory data. These provide her with chances to contribute to translational medicine, health policy and management.
