My research interests cover several areas of health services research and policy, including quality of care, patient experience, patient safety, patient-centered outcomes, and comparative effectiveness. The expertise I have developed so far lies in the application of advanced methods such as multilevel modeling and structural equation modeling, rigorous development of measurement tools, and analyses of large national claims and survey datasets.
