Dr. Frey is Associate Director for Protocol Development and Implementation of the Major Extremity Trauma Research Consoritum and an Assistant Scientist in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH), Department of Health Policy and Management. Dr. Frey is a doctorally prepared nurse with extensive experience and expertise in coordinating multi-center interdisciplinary research studies, including the National Study on Costs and Outcomes of Trauma Care and the Guided Care Study. Her research interests include implementation science and trauma outcomes, in addition to improving the quality of health care.
