Overview

Dr. Edsall Kromm’s areas of research expertise are in media and public health advocacy, qualitative methods and program evaluation. Most recently, she was involved in the design, implementation and evaluation of a county-based public-private health care access program and led the development of a novel health coaching intervention. In addition to health care access policies and programs, Dr. Edsall Kromm has worked on chronic disease prevention (tobacco and cancer) at the national, state and local levels for non-profits and government agencies. She is particularly interested in activities that seek to fill gaps in public health advocacy education and research.
