Maternal and Child Health Certificate Program

The Maternal and Child Health (MCH) certificate program at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is intended for individuals looking to broaden their understanding of the health and welfare of women and children through competencies which include understanding the biological, social and behavioral basis for MCH programs; an understanding of the normal patterns of human growth and development; knowledge of significant past and current national legislative mandates relative to MCH; and an understanding of the design, implementation, and evaluation of MCH programs domestically and internationally.
