Description
Provides basic knowledge of commonly used recombinant DNA techniques involved in genetic epidemiology and genomics including gene and cDNA isolation, PCR, RFLP analysis, mutational analysis, detection of polymorphisms, SNP analysis, mini and microsattelite detection, and genetic screening.
