Organizational behavior perspectives and organizational theories provide the framework for the critical study of management within public and private health services and related organizations. Helps students develop an approach to thinking about the organizational world and its complexity. Emphasizes current thinking and the application of theory to practice in the areas of management, motivation, collaboration and group behavior, organizational culture and identity, organizational change and learning, and conflict resolution and negotiation.
