Johns Hopkins University Alumni Association
To foster a vibrant and global network of mutual support, friendship and exploration among more than 170,000 Johns Hopkins University alumni from all 9 schools, The Johns Hopkins Alumni Association recently did away with membership dues. Your diploma automatically grants you free access to alumni events, career resources, continued learning rewards, research and library services and networking.
Johns Hopkins University Alumni Council
The Alumni Council is the governing body of the Johns Hopkins University Alumni Association and is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Unversity’s Alumni Association. The Alumni Council includes 63 voting members and nine student representatives, one from each of the 9 schools. The full council holds an annual meeting each October. Delta Omega Alpha Chapter
Delta Omega is a national honor society that aims to encourage excellence in research, scholarship and practice among graduate students in public health and to recognize attainment in the field of public health. Delta Omega was founded in 1924 at the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health (now the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health) to promote excellence and to recognize accomplishments in scholarship and research. Since the establishment at Johns Hopkins of the Alpha Chapter, the Society has expanded nationally to 80 local chapters with over 6,000 members. The Society annually inducts faculty, alumni, and current students.
