School-Wide Virtual Info Sessions

Dates, times, and registration for School-Wide Info Sessions will be posted later this summer. In the meantime here is a glimpse as to the types of info sessions we'll have this fall.

The Ins and Outs of Applying to the Bloomberg School
This virtual session introduces you to the ever-evolving field of public health as well as how to navigate through the admissions process at the Bloomberg School. This is your opportunity to hear directly from Admissions Representatives on what exciting opportunities await you here as well as the ins and outs of applying to public health graduate programs. You will also receive information about popular career options in the field and how our alumni network can help you in your decision. The Bloomberg School has a large number of academic offerings and we understand you may have questions regarding which direction to take or which program is right for you. If so, then this session is for you. We hope you’ll join us!

MAPHB, MAS, MBE, MHA, MHS, MPH, MS, MSPH, & ScM... What's the Difference?
You've probably noticed that we offer nine—yes nine!—master's degrees in public health. And you may have wondered how they differ from one another and which one is right for you. This virtual session will explain the differences between our nine master's degrees. From duration of program, to program components, to special application requirements, we will cover it all. We understand how overwhelming it can be to research graduate school programs so we want to help you decide which Bloomberg School master's degree program is the best fit for you. Hope to "see" you there!

Careers in Public Health
See where the Bloomberg School can take you. Learn from our Career Services Office about the programs and events sponsored by the office, career outcomes of graduates and how to make the most out of our public health degree programs. We hope you can participate!

The Research Experience & Centers to Explore
The Bloomberg School has over 80 research institutes and centers. During a panel discussion learn from faculty, center staff and current students about the research opportunities master's and doctoral students get involved with and projects associated with the centers and institutes. We hope to "see" you there!

Public Health Practice: What Does the Internship Experience Look Like?
On the ground experience is an invaluable part of the professional master's programs at the Bloomberg School. Join the Public Health Practice Office for an engaging conversation with current students about the internship and field placement opportunities. We look forward to your participation!

Department and Program-Specific Virtual Info Sessions

Throughout the fall Departments and Programs at the Bloomberg School of Public Health will offer information sessions to learn more about the particular programs, requirements and unique opportunities they offer. Check back for the schedule this fall!
