*Required for master and doctoral students affiliated with the Clinical Epidemiology Program.

This course provides a structured setting for discussion of topics related to clinical epidemiology. Most sessions focus on the role of quantitative methods in understanding and improving clinical medicine. Participants read and discuss selected chapters from Dr. Sackett's book, Clinical Epidemiology: A basic science for clinical medicine. Students play a primary role in leading the class discussion.
