Dr. Lisa Cooper Named Exceptional Reviewer

The Welch Center has been informed by the Editors-in-Chief of the journal Medical Care that Dr. Lisa Cooper has achieved the distinction of “Exceptional Reviewer” for Medical Care for 2006-2007. Only about the top
5% of the journal's reviewers are recognized in this way on the basis of the quality, timeliness and number of their reviews.

The Institute of Scientific Information ranks Medical Care among the top journals in the field of health care sciences and services. The journal

Dr. Cooper
appreciates the important role played by peer reviewers in the realm of scholarly publication, and recognizes the best among them with the Exceptional Reviewer designation. Readers of Medical Care will find Dr. Cooper’s name in the list of these honorees in the June 2008 issue.
