How to use the MCH Leadership Skills Development Series

The MCH Leadership Skills Development modules are structured for great flexibility in use.  You will decide which components to use, who should participate, how long it will take, and which topics to cover.  All the tools and materials you need are right here on the website, and they are designed to make the planning straightforward and easy.

2)  View and download the modules.            Go to Modules
Each module contains learning objectives, a suggested sequence of activities with estimated time frames, and all of the written documents, videos, and reference materials you’ll need to conduct a leadership skills training session. 

3)  Plan and conduct your self-designed leadership skills development program.
