Housing

If housing is required, accommodations may be available on Johns Hopkins University campuses. Students are encouraged to contact the JHU Housing Office at (410) 955-3836 for information on both on-campus and off-campus housing.

Off-campus housing information can be obtained from Johns Hopkins University Off-Campus Housing at (410) 516-7961 or http://www.jhu.edu/~hds/offcampus/.

Other sites to visit:

Baltimore Craigslist http://baltimore.craigslist.org for temporary housing/sublet during the summer.  They have affordable and furnished rentals.  Students should search for apartments in the following neighborhoods: Charles Village, Mt Vernon, Fells Point or Canton.  The program coordinator may also offer assistance in locating accommodations for international students, but it is up to the student to arrange their own housing accomodations.

Housing costs in Baltimore are priced moderate-to-low according to U.S. East Coast standards.
