Services are available to ensure that locations within the Bloomberg School of Public Health are arranged and prepared in a professional manner appropriate to your needs. Setup and cleanup considerations must be incorporated into your event timetable. Planning your needs is done on a case-by-case basis. The Office of Facilities Management/Custodial Services is located at 2007 E. Monument Street. For information, contact Facilities at (410) 955-3451 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. We can arrange furniture for conferences, workshops, continental breakfast, luncheons, dinners, etc. We thoroughly clean all areas associated with the event. After breaks, meetings, luncheons, etc., we clean for the next phase. For special preparation, we can wash windows, strip and polish floors, vacuum and shampoo carpet. The cost for this special service is the same per-hour rate. We supply manpower for auxiliary services such as elevator operator, etc. Rental of equipment is provided upon request.
