If your event will be outside of normal business hours (8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.), you must email the Director of Support Services BEFORE trying to reserve a room. Please include the following information in your email request: - Event name and purpose
- Date and time
- Preferred location
- Number of attendees
- Visitors (Non-JHU Attendees)
- Special needs
- Multimedia support
- Food/Alcohol
- Breakout rooms
- Sponsoring organization
