Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment System

General Information

The Johns Hopkins University offers electronic bill presentment and payment of your student account. Electronic bill presentment is the official means of generating tuition bills to all Bloomberg School of Public Health students. This means that paper bills will no longer be mailed to enrolled students. If you would like a copy of your bill, you can print your statement from the Student Web Services site.

Please note: On-line statements are generally posted on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Please check each statement for the due date.

Once the student has logged in for the first time, the new electronic bill presentment system will automatically send an e-mail notification to the student's JHSPH e-mail address when a new bill is ready to be viewed online. Students will need their JHED ID and password to login to the JHU bill presentment and payment system. Authorized payers will need to use the login name and password provided by their student. No sign-up is required. Each registered student is automatically enrolled for electronic bill presentment.

Once logged into electronic bill presentment, students can:

  • view student bills online
  • pay student bills online by a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) or automatically deducting the amount from a checking account
  • download and print a copy of your bill for sending check payments via U.S. mail
  • view billing and payment history online
  • forward an e-mail copy of your bill to parents, spouse, or others
  • set up parents and other authorized payers to view and pay your bills online
