Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment System Can I get a paper bill instead of (or in addition to) the e-bill? How do I log in? How do my parents or authorized payers login? How do I set up an authorized payer? Will I be notified when I have a bill online? Does the e-mail notification have to be sent to my JHSPH account? Who do I contact if I cannot login to view my bill? If I or my authorized payers do not feel comfortable paying my bill online, how can we pay my bill? Do you accept payments from non-United States bank accounts? Does the University charge for e-billing or e-payment?
All currently enrolled students will be on electronic billing. If you want a paper copy of your bill, you can log on the website to download and print a copy of your bill. Copies of your e-bills will be kept on file for 12 months if you want to view or print them out. Copies of your bill can also be requested from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Student Accounts and Business Services. You will login using your JHED login and password at https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf.
If a student wants someone to view or pay their bills, the student must first set you up as an authorized payer in the bill presentment system. The student will provide the authorized payer with a login name and password. The authorized payer may then access the JHU system at https://isis.jhu.edu/SSWF/SBS/AuthorizedPayer/default.aspx. After logging into the system, the authorized payer can change their password, setup and store their own profile and account information, review the bill or any past bills, make a payment or view any past payments they have made on the student's behalf, and print a copy of the bill.
Log in using your JHED login and password at https://isis.jhu.edu/sswf. You will have an option to set up a login ID and password for the authorized user. You must give this information to the authorized user. You may also terminate the authorized user at any time.
An e-mail notification will be sent to your JHSPH account when a new bill is available to view. If you do not receive an e-mail notification, you must still login prior to the payment due date for each term to avoid a late payment fee. For the complete list of payment due dates, please see Tuition, Fees and Due Dates.
