2011-12 Graduation Information

• Spring 2012 Expected Graduates should receive a graduation verification via email. Verifications must be returned by February 24, 2012.
• Summer and Fall graduates will receive an email to verify their intent to participate in the May ceremonies. 
• Regalia ordering for students will open the week of February 6, 2012.  Students will receive an email when the site is opened and a link to the Herff-Jones site will be posted here. 
• Information about ordering announcements and frames will also be posted as soon as the Herff-Jones site is available.

2011-12 Conferral Dates:

August 26, 2011 for Summer graduates

December 30, 2011 for Fall graduates

May 24, 2012 for Spring graduates

2012 Ceremony Information:

Convocation - the 2012 Public Health Convocation ceremony will be held at The Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall on Wednesday, May 23 at 1:30pm.

The Convocation speaker is Stephen Lewis, Distinguished Visiting Professor at Ryerson University in Toronto and board chair of the Stephen Lewis Foundation.

Commencement - the 2012 University Commencement ceremony will be held at Homewood Field on Thursday, May 24 at 8:40am.

2011 Convocation Ceremony photos – Commencement Photos, Inc., is the company that took the photos as graduates walked across the stage. Information can be found here.  Contact customer service at 978-851-5924 or customerservice@commencementphotos.com to get an ID number.  The ID number was also in the mailer you received prior to the ceremony.
