Records and Registration Office Welcome to our EXTERNAL webpage. Users from within JHSPH should now access our INTRANET via the School's internal portal by logging on to my.jhsph.edu. The Records and Registration Office page can be found on the portal by first opening the "offices" folder on the left menu, then "student affairs," then "records and registration." The mission of the Records and Registration Office is to provide and maintain accurate student and course information. Included among the Office's responsibilities are course registration, enrollment verification, academic record maintenance, transcript preparation, student examining committees and graduation. Additionally, the Office is responsible for enrollment reporting. The Records and Registration Office is part of Student Affairs.
