To eliminate domestic violence through intervention and prevention by providing shelter, counseling for adults, teens, and children, legal advocacy, abusers intervention, professional training, and community outreach. - Answering 24-hour hotline (new training program will begin after January 2009)
- Assisting in the shelter and children's programs
- Serving as a court advocate for victims seeking protective orders
- Performing general office operations and functions
