Function of Organization/Site:

The purpose of SECO is to unite organizations and groups in order to insure the progress and welfare of the people and neighborhoods in Southeast Baltimore.

The goal of SECO is to provide a public forum through which citizens can democratically and effectively improve their community in the areas of health, education, recreation, transprotation, safety, culture, taxation, economics, and other ares affecting the general well being of the neighborhood.

In fulfilling these purposes, SECO aims to reflect the geographical, sociological, economic, and cultural diversity of the community.
