Baltimore HealthCare Access, Inc., a quasi-public agency of the Baltimore City Health Department, assists Baltimore City residents in accessing comprehensive health services through the Maryland Children's Health Program (MCHP), and the HealthChoice Medical Assistance Program and its Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
