HIV Application Submission Confirmation

Thank you for submitting your online application to participate in the HIV Counseling and Testing Program coordinated by SOURCE, in conjuction with STAR and JH Emergency Department. We expect this to be a competitive process. Only 20 students will be selected to participate in this program. Applicants will be notified of their status with the program by October 7th.  Please note you should receive two confirmation emails, one which reflects the application you submitted, and another stating the application was successfully transmitted. If you do not receive emails, within an hour of submission, please email us at source@jhsph.edu.

In the meantime, please remember to save the dates/times for the training sessions. You must be able to participate in all 3 parts:
Saturday and Sunday, November 12 and 13 from 9am -5pm PLUS an additional training scheduled in late October based on site placement.

All training sessions will be held ON-CAMPUS!
