HIV Application Submission Confirmation

Thank you for submitting your online application to participate in the HIV Counseling and Testing Program coordinated by SOURCE, in conjuction with Chase Brexton, JH Emergency Department, and People's Community Health Centers. We expect this to be a competitive process. Only 30 students will be selected to participate in this program. Our selection committee will meet on September 28th. After that meeting, you will be notified of your status.

In the meantime, please remember to save the dates/times for the training sessions. You must be able to participate in all 3 parts:
Sat, Oct 10th: 9 am - 5 pm
Sun, Oct 11th: 9 am - 5 pm
Wed, Oct 14th: 3 pm - 6 pm

All training sessions will be held ON-CAMPUS!
