Community Care Initiative (CCI) Health Fair Sunday, April 29th 1 pm- 4 pm Israel Baptist Church 1205 N Chester St. 2012 Volunteer Opportunities The Community Care Initiative (CCI) is an annual health fair organized at Israel Baptist Church in East Baltimore. This spring, the fair will be held on April 29th from 1pm- 4pm at Israel Baptist Church, just a few minutes from the JHU Medical Campus. At the fair, community members will be able to find out information on blood pressure, healthy eating, and healthcare assistance. There will also be raffle drawings, live music, and free groceries! We are hoping for at least 400 participants, and a large number of volunteers are needed to assist. See below for specific details.
