MICHAEL J. SILVER is a partner at the international law firm Hogan & Hartson LLP and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Silver practices in the areas of corporate securities and general business law. A significant part of his practice includes general corporate and securities law reporting and compliance advice to a number of public and private companies in the health care and life science industries.
