A Webcast Training Series
MAPHTC has collaborated with the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to develop a Public Health Practice Grand Rounds, a webcast lecture series for the state and Mid-Atlantic region. In this “grand rounds” format, each topic is discussed from differing perspectives of two public health professionals from the practice or academic communities; lectures/discussion last 1 - 1½ hours. All lectures are webcast from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and are open to the public. Throughout 2015 we will schedule periodic Public Health Practice Grand Rounds. Our next scheduled Grand Rounds is April 15th, from 12:30 - 1:30 pm. This will be the Sixth Annual Sexual and Reproductive Health Webinar - STI Guidelines: New Treatment, New Challenges. More information to follow.
