Our faculty members are leading experts investigating the immune responses to viruses, parasites and bacteria. JHSPH researchers focus on studying the molecular interactions between these pathogens and the host 's immune system, to define the most efficient immune responses that can prevent or eliminate infections with pathogens such as HIV, Measles, Influenza, Malaria and Tuberculosis.
