Johns Hopkins Center for Population Health Information Technology

CPHIT Seed Grant Award

CPHIT has initiated its inaugural Seed Grant Award to help stimulate research related to public and population health using electronic health records (EHR) data and other e-health and health IT (HIT) tools here at The Johns Hopkins University.  Projects are focused on addressing issues that go beyond traditional clinical or administrative uses of EHRs and HIT to focus on populations rather than solely on individual patients.  A major objective of the Seed Grant program is to provide moderate resources that can jumpstart efforts which will contribute to larger initiatives here at Johns Hopkins in the future.

Awards were made in Spring 2014. Please visit this page in the coming months for updates about the funded projects. For more information about future award cycles, please contact CPHIT Coordinator Elyse Lasser.
